Most miserable stay at Marriott international mumb
Miserable stay at Marriott international near Mumbai airport. The duty manager Mr.A.Patil gave us the dirtiest room on arrival at 11.15pm saying that he is overbooked and can’t give us the reserved room. Then when we said we will leave he asked us to wait eat something at the coffee shop . Then at 1.30am gave us another room with a dirty restroom.when we said we would like to leave so to pl refund the money he said not possible as we had made the reservation through hotel .com. So we stayed till 5am and since my 13yr daughter had to take some medicine we requested them if they could could provide us with 2slices of toast and tea the person in charge of the coffee shop refused though the front office had agreed .we had paid for breakfast with our stay. They were most stubborn and inconsiderate. Later someone from the reception gave us some croissants and muffin. The whole episode was a nightmare after a long travel. No consideration was given to the face there’s a child and it’s late at night. I totally blame the management for the inconvenience especially mr.a.patil the duty manager. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even if room is provided free. This hotel is an insult to the Marriott group.

Everything was good. The cleanliness was there, service was very good from check in to check out. Room was spacious and had gread pool view. Location is good, airport is near, can find the new starbucks 3 mins walk.

They understand what good service means.
First impression of space was that it was big, a lot going on, and yet calming. Beautiful, open, Airy, and impressive. I liked the lily pond under the grand staircase. it was busy at check in, but concierge quickly came to say hello and got us checked in with an upgrade. Room, open shower, beds and linens, were all quite lovely. The outdoor pool with lots of greenery was a perfect to end our long day. We appreciated that it was open until late. As our flight left before usual breakfast hours, a take away breakfast was packed for us. Couldn’t ask for more: ( except maybe that they offer airport shuttle.)
