Very Good8.0
Nice Location
Comfortable stay. The hotel is well maintained and our room was spacious. There is a small espresso bar in the hotel, but no restaurant or bar (yet). The location is a few minutes walk away from the Space Needle and within walking distance of lots of cute neighborhood restaurants. Parking is expensive at close to $40 per night. One of our towels could have been better washed, but overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Cute Boutique Hotel but Not as Great as it Seems
This my 2nd visit to this hotel. The first visit was a lot better. This hotel is a great location within walking distance to the Queen Anne section and Seattle Center near The Space Needle. However, this time visit the hotel seemed to not be as customer service oriented as last time. The cute bar area that was previously in the lobby was taken out and looks like they'll be renovating and adding a restaurant. The TV and computers were down for a few hours. The $15/day Fee for amenities is ridiculous - this is for the 2 bottles of free water a night they put in your room, the free coffee pods and microwave popcorn in your room, free slippers that weren't in the room - you have to ask for them (which I didn't), they have 3 or 4 bicycles for guest use but I didn't even see them there this time, and finally for the free pineapple water in the lobby and the pineapple mini cupcakes that they put in the lobby between the hours of 3:30 - 6:30pm - I was able to take advantage of NONE of the above with the exception of a water bottle. I think I'll try a different hotel next time!

What a fabulous stay!
We loved the property and the staff was lovely. They were always helpful with suggestions and the shuttle was super helpful! Can’t wait for the bistro to open!

Liked location...didn't sleep much...
Location was the biggest plus as you could walk to the space needle park area and market if you needed. Touristy yet not as bad as downtown and not as busy. We had an unfortunate experience with our room fan making a loud banging noise (under the window type setup) which maintenance did try and fix. There was also a dog yelping in an empty room next to ours starting at 5:30pm and continuing until past 11:30pm. Apparently the management was unable to remedy this situation until the dog owners showed back up to their room...very sad to abandon your dog alone in a hotel room! Hotel did give us a compensation for all of the mishaps, but we booked a hotel to have fun touring Seattle and sleep at night which sleep was an issue 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed.
