Excellent Location and Great Staff. Comfy Room!
We really enjoyed our stay at Silverland Yen. The hotel was clean and the staff was lovely. They checked us in early and were very helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the afternoon tea. The pool is small but the view is great and the cocktails were delicious. Beer is very reasonable too. Excellent mattress and clean room with a good shower.

Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, but because there are better food nearby, I just have a little bit of oatmeal and then go for good food outside. There are tons of good restaurants in walking distance

My stay at Silverland Yen Hotel was fabulous. I was highly impressed by the hospitality of the staff and the professionalism demonstrated throughout every experience I had. The breakfast has a variety of options, and they even serve a complimentary tea with tasty snacks in the afternoon. It is also in a great walking location to markets and restaurants. The rooftop pool is serene, and they even have a little bar with deals up top. I highly recommend this place if you appreciate an attentive staff and solid location.

Great neighborhood.
The hotel is in an excellent area, near the covered market, great restaurants, and greenery. The service is excellent, and the rooms, although small, are comfortable. Some of the rooms have small windows, and I think having more one elevator would be better for the guests who often have to wait a bit for the elevator. The staff is attentive and helpful, and overall this is a very nice hotel

Great Local Brand Hotel. Stop thinking, book it.
Really a great Local Brand Hotel. Nice Welcome Drink and snacks. Such Friendly and competent hotel staff. The hotel has updated rooms. Very comfortable beds by western standards, which is important In SE Asia. Very clean. Great Wifi in room and Hotel wide. Sauna, Jacuzzi/roof top pool (pool is 1.75meter by 10 meters wide). Happy hours on rooftop with great sunsets. Breakfast is very solid. Afternoon tea time was a pleasant surprise and better than I would have thought. I really love this hotel. The staff is SO nice. On top of all that they gave us complimentary 2pm checkout (I called and asked if it was available). Highly Recommended.
