Do not stay here
The ad on that the hotel listed is false. The following WAS NOT included in every room as stated: there was no Ceiling fan, Minibar, Bathrobes, Washer/dryer, Pillow menu, Sofa bed, Sofa bed size double, Sleep Number by Select Comfort mattress, Fireplace, Separate living room, Separate sitting area, Jetted bathtub, Rainfall shower head (didn't work), Bidet, Desk. Additionally there were bugs in the bathroom, and even bed bugs in my room. They switched my room and I woke up the next day seeing blood on the sheets from bed bug bites. In my second room when I checked the sheets they were covered in hair making it clear the sheets are not changed between guests. Also the ad states this is a four star hotel when outside the hotel there are only three stars. The ONLY Saving grace at this hotel has was the breakfast was awesome, and the receptionist Anne Marie was very kind and tried her best to make me comfortable. She was calm and never rude when I presented my complaints. I was told I could speak to the mamanger the next day, but he didn't speak English so I was not actually able to speak to him nor did he make himself available. The location was far from metros so I had to rely on taxis most times. The room also was not decorated as in the photos. There was just a bed with white sheets, curtains that don't black out the sun, and a TV. Not even a bin for trash in the room. I was so disappointed and disgusted to stay here. I really should have left the first day.

Honest opinion on Zava hotel
I have nothing bad to say, generally the location of the hotel is in a quite area with nice big houses and embassies. I was just not expected to be placed in a kind of house opposite the main hotel. When i booked it showed me the main building, but when i checked in i had to be in that house, which is kind of bassement. No windows in there, although i had two rooms and a separate bathroom. The staff is cool, no any problem, the WiFi was not strong as in the main building, but was okay. No refrigerator in these rooms.
