Laminate flooring was broke with a rug covering it. Had a small tiny pillow each and was very dark even with all the lights on.

Not a bad spot!
This hotel was perfect for me. I got the single room it was small but I was solo and it was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in giving me directions to get around the city. I would stay here again. Centrally located so everything I need was close as well.

Convenient area, great place to stay
We had a canal view from our room, the room itself was small, not much area to move around but the bed was very big and very comfy. Walking distance to tourist landmarks. Personnel was friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again, no doubt.

ROBBED STAY AWAY!!!!
Be aware when booking this hotel, although you make it clear you don’t want to be disturbed and the room is occupied they still come in and do the service. Having said that I was robbed $350 out of my luggage while I was gone, hotel does not take responsibility for there employees actions.

Small rooms, but that is okay considering the location. Bathroom was tiny, and the sink was way too small. I hit myself in the head a few times trying to brush my teeth.
