This place is so beautiful. It's two minutes walking to the beach, literally. There's a swim up bar in the hotel. Top notch service. There's a market with fresh seafood, grilled veggies and fresh pressed juices on the beach. There's no hassle and the staff are helpful in getting tuk tuk's. Welcome drink is tasty and food is great too. What a beautiful hotel!! I can't wait until next time!
The front desk was so slow and hard to understand
Love the pool and the location of the hotel since it's right across from the beach and it's not too far to walk to Bang La and other nightlife. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly & helpful, but they were kind of slow in checking us in & out and they don't communicate very well. I checked in around 1:15 pm and I was told to sit and wait without no explanation. I thought it was just for something really quick, but then about 30 min later, I was told the room was not ready until 3 pm. It was not a big deal, we just wish that we were informed right away so we don't wait around for nothing especially when we were hungry. Last note, the wi-fi is not very dependable.
The jaccuzzi should have an easy accessible button to turn it on.
Service was beyond poor, But rude and insulting. Hotel is now taking short cuts and short staffed everywhere. Very sad. 5 years ago, this property had so, so much possibility, now or see it in its current state is so, so sad.
