Well to start off...I would like to say the staff was super nice and the bed was comfortable...BUT....on another note...the people in the same hallway were very disrespectful...slamming doors for many hours of the night...arguments super loud that I could make out what they were say..not sure if anyone else heard or complained...and some updating would be good in the rooms...

We stayed for a weekend in January, my family of four. A toddler, infant and two adults. The staff was overall friendly and accommodating until it came to cleaning our room. The first night we came back from our outing and noticed they hadn’t even taken out the garbage in our room I called and asked that for the following evening our room be cleaned and trash taken out. Fast forward to Sunday evening we get to our room and the same thing happened. The room was not cleaned and our trash not taken out. The front desk person was kind enough to come up with the change of towels I asked for, but I was not happy that our room had not been cleaned during our entire stay even after requesting it and seeing house keeping in other rooms on our floor. The breakfast is good and it is a hot breakfast.

The property is pretty the problem is I cancelled because I asked for the 12 of November and the computer must of had a glitch and scheduled it for the 24 of November When I went to check in the 12 of November they told me I got it for the 24 of November when I no for sure I got it for the 12 of November I was visiting my daughter in New Jersey and I'm from Tampa
