A lovely little hotel with a great location! There is a very short steep walk up to the hotel - no real issue. The rooms are clean and comfortable with aircon and there is an area with a coffee/ hot beverage machine always available- as well as tables, cutlery and crockery for your own food. Reception is available 24 hours I really loved this spot- will definitely be back

Fantastic central location right in the heart of everything. It’s on a charming steep trolley hill (not actively used by them though so very quiet), but that just added to the charm and atmosphere. As a young traveler the location was perfect, with everything I wanted within easy walking distance. The building felt safe and secure, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free tea and coffee were a great bonus. Our room also opened onto a small shared courtyard. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of the city.

The hotel is brand new and in such a great location! Highly recommend this place, the staff was also really friendly. Only minus was that the room was a bit humid although we used the AC, but that didn’t bother too much.

The room was clean and the location of hotel was really good. The hotel was renovated and staff were friendly. The AC was installed in the room and worked properly. The room had downsides too. The beds were extremely small ( 65 cm - 70 cm which is below standard single beds (90 cm) ) - the mattress was made of spring and it was very jumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were high and stiff as well. The property is built over a metro station so you hear and sense the vibration of train moving which is not something they can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper you should know.

Great room and staff very friendly and helpful. The area seemed a little sketchy at first especially as we couldn’t get a taxi to the door so had to walk a little distance to get to the hotel. But no problems at all and area was very safe. Very close to the town center and water front nice easy walk.

Amazing location, great staff, and partially renovated facilities. The coffee machine available throughout the day is an excellent touch. It would be even better if a few snacks, such as fruit or biscuits, were offered as part of a continental breakfast.

This was my first time in Lisbon & this hotel could t have been any more perfect. Perfect location in Chiado, right near the bus, metro, and where many of my day trips departed. It was a little tough to bring my bags up the hill to get into the hotel but that’s truly the biggest issue. Everything else was great: air conditioning, elevator building, espresso machine (a big plus for me). Staff was helpful in storing my bags post checkout on my last day. Walls are a little thin & beds a little small. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean. All in all happy! Would stay here again for sure.

DO NOT book this hotel if you are the least bit disabled! Ubers and taxis cannot get to the front door. It is two blocks up a 60 degree angled street. No amenities like an ice machine or bottled water. That being said, the staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Near a beautiful area but you will struggle at the end of the day getting to the hotel.
