We expected a better experience.

The employees were very nice. But, the room was dirty. It had a damp, mildew smell. We let the sofa bed out for our grandson, my husband and I were shocked at how stained and outright disgusting the mattress was!! Thankfully, we keep a quilt in our car, we laid it across the bed for our grandson to sleep on. My grans were excited about the indoor pool, which was one of the reasons we chose y'all. The pool was so cold, they got in and immediately had to get out. We checked out after the first night. We were planning on spending two nights, we decided to come home. Which meant our time with our grandson was cut short. Leaving bad reviews is extremely rare for myself. However, Comfort Suites, deserves everything I’ve stated and more. I hope that Comfort Suites decides to refund us for the night we couldn’t stay, because of the conditions.
