A Gem
Great hotel, well located for the lake, river and old town as well as the local ferry service. We booked the suite (duplex, 2 bathrooms) super king bed, excellent. Our adult children had superior rooms which they highly rated. Hotel staff great, fondue in featured restaurant very popular- although we chose to dine out. Make sure you ask reception for travel passes - free ferry, bus, tram travel in a city you need deep pockets for.

Geneve Stay. @ EastWest Hotel
We had a most wonderful stay at East West Hotel. The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are very clean. Hotel centrally located. The lake is within walking distance and so is Old Town. Will stay at East West Hotel again.

First trip to Switzerland/Geneva and the EastWest Hotel did not disappoint! We stayed a total of 7 nights. Great location located right in the center of everything to where your walking distance to most all attractions including the main train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating with all our questions, in addition to addressing the only real issue we experienced with the hotel which was no hot water on day 2; issue was resolved same day we inquired! Public transportation vouchers were included, making it possible to expand our exploring of Geneva via land and water :) The front desk staff were always pleasant and eager to assist with our questions, along with providing recommendations. We were also provided a map of Geneva where the staff circled sights and highlighted routes to get there. We absolutely loved staying here, and plan on returning our next visit to Geneva! We miss it already!!! Thank you, to all the staff at EastWest for making our trip exceptionally unforgettable❤️
