Odor and loud construction but cold ac
Room had an odor, construction next door from 8am-9pm, impossible to nap during the day, toothbrush and coke can leftover from person before me so housekeeping not very good, ac was cold, bed felt like it was only a box spring, no padding and very hard, front desk was helpful, no hot water for shower

Don't let them give you the storeroom to stay in.
I stayed there three times on my last trip. The first room was 3' wide and 7'3" long - each leg of the "L" formation. The bathroom was 2'3" wide and the toilet was partially under the sink. Mold was really prevalant in the bathroom in each room I had. On the emergency exit floor plan it was marked as a storeroom. When I asked for a different room, I was refused as they said the other rooms were full. It was a whopping 55 s.f. including the bathroom. (I actually purchased a tape measure to measure the room). But it did have air conditioning and wifi, so that was a plus. When I returned, I told them not to give me the storage closet again, and they didn't. It was a very small room, but it did have a window! The third time was a windowless room but with a double bed and an 8" centipede. If you stay there, insist that you do not get the store room! The neighborhood is quiet during the day and quite busy at night - with a huge six floor department store across the street - open 24/7. When I left for the airport at 3:30 am, all of the restaurants were full and the street was busy! It is about three long blocks from the metro, but you have to walk in the street because the sidewalks are either too uneven or obstructed.

Give it a miss unless you are sort of desparate
My ratings are up from the zero they started with. Avoid room 320 at all costs as it is a 55 s.f. converted storage closet, (not the 85 s.f. that they advertise). Mold all over and filthy walls. The room was 3' wide x 7'-6" long with another leg of the "L" being 3' x 7'-10". In the middle is a 2'-3.5" x 4'-10" bathroom where you had to stoop down in order to swing your bum around and under the sink in order to get to the toilet. They stuck me there for four nights with "no promises" that they could get me into another room. My second stay (all my stays were arranged at the same time) I was put into a normal room that actually had a window! And it was probably the 85 s.f. It did have good wifi and air con. But it also had centipedes running all over the place. It was pretty close to the metro but the walk was not easy as you had to walk in the street. It was across the street from a six story, three square block department store that was open 24/7. That turned out to be very helpful as that is where I bought the tape measure to figure out how big the room was. It was hugely overpriced for what you get, but the location was good and nearly all the people were very nice.

Stay away from this hotel
Small nasty room with dirty walls. Just enough to sleep?? A/c blowing on you without any proper controls. No sheet under the blanket. Blanket had a burn hole. No remote for TV. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time pay a little extra & get a better room

Great Location, Tiny Room
The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to Mustafa plaza but the rooms are very tiny.
