I love the free Bus Shuttle between RSW Sentosa & Genting and its very easy to get to anywhere using MRT Hotel is very nice & clean although further out from the city; Local shopping mall is across

Not so good
Overall not a good hotel stay. The safe box locking did not work. I requested twice for assistance. After the second request, it appeared that it was working but on my last night it failed again, this time with my belongings inside. I had the request - again twice - for assistance as I need to get my belongings out for an early start the next day. The WiFi worked for my iPad but I could not connect my iPhone to WiFi the whole time I was there - my phone worked fine with WiFi in the different location I was working in during the day Also I used a coffee cup on the first day I was there - this was still sitting dirty on the window sill when I left. The rooms were really quite small with only a narrow space around the bed and the shower was difficult to use with out hitting the walls on all sides. Other than that the stay was OK

I be stayed for 13 days and the reception staff is not friendly and not welcoming, basically the don’t wish you good morning, thank you or any basic phrases to the guess. I hope they will implement a courses especially for the front office staff including the managers. Good point is the surrounding amenities is great!

Not a pleasant stay
Very small room. They almost don't want to honour my free parking that comes with my booking. No multiple entry allow, only once complimentary parking a day when they eventually honour the free parking term. In short, this is a very basic hotel, with unfriendly, unhelpful staff, and very particular with their complimentary parkings even when their car park are almost always empty. Would not recommend it.
