Room was spacious and clean. This place is on the left side street of termini when you exit the train. 5 minute walk. Owner doesn't live there so you have to email her the time of your arrival. It was difficult to find the right doorbell to ring, since this is situated on the 5th floor on the right side of a big building serviced be the elevator on the right.

If I only knew.....
Though the room was nice, air conditioned and had WiFi, I would not stay there again. It is not an easy walk from Termini, as it is behind the station. You cannot cut through unless navigating underground and as a tourist, it was very difficult. Most importantly: it is in a very BAD, dirty neighborhood. Our room was on the 5th floor, with an old gated elevator - scary for some. The landlord does not live there, making our entrance back in impossible one night, as we forgot our key. I'd rather stay in a nice section of Rome, at a place with a front desk and decent elevator. Overall, NOT worth the price. If I only knew...... (so I'm telling you).

Great value for the price. You get your basic bedroom and private bathroom. Room is clean. Linens a bit worn down. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel and turndown service look elsewhere. Since we were out of the room at 7-8 am and not back before 7-8 pm, enjoying Rome, we thought that spending more money on a hotel room would be a waste and better allocated on other spending, such as dining. The neighborhood is not the best as expected in any major city close to the train station, however, it certainly makes transportation using the metro or bus system very convenient. Luana, the owner was very helpful.

Convenient
This B & B is perfect if you need to stay overnight and catch the train in the Morning. 5minute walk to Roma Termini and the Metro entrance is right across the street.
