Adequate
You get what you pay for, but one of the front desk people was incredible. Clean hotel. Very basic.

Good place, good price, walk to Termini
Great hotel for the price. Room adequate, not spacious, for a solo traveler. Only blocks from the train station, although had a problem finding since some Roman streets are not marked. Day desk clerk was extremely helpful. Recommended good restaurant a block away "La Familia." Was disappointed that could not book the next week

Clean - Thin walls, near Termini
The hotel was very clean. We were able to do an early check-in which was very convenient. However, we were given a very small room on the 4th floor which was very dark (size similar to a cruise cabin). We asked for a different room at check in and were told that all rooms were taken even though it was 3 hours before check in. Later that evening we were using the computer in the lobby as two other parties checked in and got rooms on other floors. We believe because we booked through Hotels.com we were given a less desirable room. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Termini station. The neighborhood was quiet but the hotel walls are very thin. The breakfast was continental style but had a lot of choices. We needed a taxi to the airport and tried to book it the night before and were told to do it in the morning. When we tried to book it in the morning they told us we should have done it the night before. They ended up doing it for us. Hotel was fine for the price we paid but we would probably not stay there again.

Affordable and Fine
Make no mistake: this isn't a 5-star hotel. But for an affordable hotel convenient to Roma Terminii, Sapienza and the Metro, it's great. The hotel is safe and comfortable, the breakfast is decent and the staff are helpful. Would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Rome.
