Nice basic hotel
Great location and the hotel had all i needed, however they should invest in double glazing. Could hear all the traffic and sirens throughout the one night i stayed

Poor 2.0
Didn’t like it
I wasn’t really as described and photos doesn’t match how it is really look in the reality, the alevalor doesn’t work u have to lift ur own luggages and take the stairs, the room is too tiny and cold.

Fair 4.0
Even by London standards (where I've experienced the smallest hotel rooms ever), our room was a closet. The double bed (much smaller than a queen) pushed into a corner of an un-airconditioned room on the 4th floor. There was barely 2 feet of space on one side the bed. No dresser or wardrobe, so no place to unpack your bag; it had to be left blocking the 2 feet space along the one side of the bed. The walls were scared up and scratched, likely from guests trying to maneuver in the tiny space; in bad need of paint. The bathroom, while clean and modern, was likewise micro-sized, with no room, not even a shelf, to lay anything out. There was a elevator which we used to get the bags to the 4th floor. It was so small barely one person could ride with the bags. And it operates on an extremely slow chain drive. We had to have the one window open perpetually because there is no air conditioning, exposing us to the construction site next door. What can I say that is not negative? The manager was very nice, although the very first thing she did upon our arrival was to take our credit card to charge us for the full stay. I wonder how many guests they have walk out on them when they see their rooms?

First London trip
We stayed at Ravna Gora hotel for 3 nights. Location is very close to the tube at Holland Park underground. Walk straight to the right there is a Tesco market and other restaurants and businesses towards Nothinghill Gate. Close to paddington train station. Hotel room is clean, neat. Small sink in room. Share toilet and shower are separated room. The lift is out of service if you are travel light there shouldn't be a problem. Breakfast is very simple: toast with Jam, cereal, milk, coffee, juice. They charge 5 euro for breakfast. Our room booked without breakfast. We are happy with this hotel

Beautiful-Mirage?
One of the best kept Hotels in Kensington however none of the amenties worked. The elevator/lift was out of service and I was on the top floor. The TV did not turn on at all. The piano did not work at all and needs to be repaired. Last but not least the wifi did not work. For this visit it was like paying a visit to ikea and sitting in a well built bedroom that was make believe. Service was great staff was nice. great breakfast. However there is a lot to be said when you are a traveler on vacation who spends saved time and money for something that is fictional but you see an Audi parked in the parking lot. This place has more than great POTENTIAL but you have to care about your customers and this building. these moments come once in a lifetime for us and cannot be reversed.
