The on-site mineral hot-springs fed pools are relaxing and well maintained. They and the villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens and a magnificent view of the Arenal volcano. Cool outdoor gardens and furniture, including a large hammock and a swimming pool. This was a lovely place to unwind and take in the natural beauty of the area.

Great family stay
Wonderful stay at a beautiful lodge that is convenient to all of the activities in and around the Arenal region. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. In addition, the hot springs were amazing. It was wonderful to have three different temperatures so that everyone had a pool just right for them.

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the views and the warmth of the staff. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting La Fortuna. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We spotted a few exotic birds near the dining area. The hot springs experience was very good. The resort itself is very picturesque and the rooms are very good. The beds are big and comfortable. The whole resort itself seemed like a vacation destination. It was a little difficult to find the property driving in the night as there are no flashy signs. I can understand this as they are trying to keep everything natural.

Love it!
We absolutely loved staying at Kokoro. We are a family of five and had a cabin that fit us very well. The cabins are somewhat rustic, so set your expectations, but they were clean and comfy. The grounds are gorgeous! You are right in the jungle and there is a fun, shirt nature trail. I thought the free breakfast was delicious. The best part was the service. The owners and workers were so kind and you can tell they really try to make you feel comfortable. We never did the hot pools, as we were busy and did a tour that used other hot pools, so I can’t speak to that part. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would go back.
