Poor reception service
This is a nice place and I was in the area for a wedding but I can't think I would have reason to return there as I live in south west London. Pretty place. The car park is more than adequate but is not clearly marked for when you arrive. Very good breakfast and nice room. Not impressed with the service as I had booked a cab to take me to a local wedding and I was not told that they had contacted the hotel to advise them they could not come to pick me up and to ask them to make alternative arrangements. They did not tell me and merely said "we do not book cabs". That's fair enough but they should still advise of messages. I only discovered it when I was standing around waiting anxiously and asking if they would chase it up for me. No sense of urgency or concern.
