STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!
Do not stay here. The room was dirty the bathtub was dirty. and the bed was sitting unevenly on a wooden square with nails and splinters all over it. Definitely not somewhere to bring children to. There wasn't any batteries in the smoke detector. The towels were even dingy. When this was the Magnuson Hotel before the pandemic we stayed here all the time, but I guess like everything else they could not survive the pandemic and the Terrace Gargen Inn are the new owners. My husband & I did not even stay the night. We took our bags and left. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, NASTY, AND HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible place
Started out good. Check in was easy, girl was friendly. Gave me our key, directions to our room and sent me on my way. I drove around the building and parked and that is where it all went downhill. Got out of the car and could hear blaring music coming from the pool. Another guest had her bluetooth speaker blasting so loud that she had to scream her conversation to the person sitting next to her. Get to my room to find a man in there painting the ceiling. So I go back to the desk to get moved. The second room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling (no wonder he was painting the first room lol) We decided to leave for awhile because we couldn't stand the concert at the pool that the front desk did not care about and came back after dark. Pool closes at sunset, but the party was still going! And 2 rooms down from us had 5 liquor bottles displayed in their window. If you want to party all night, not hear each other talk, and breathe black mold that is covered by fresh paint then this is the place for you!!!

Needs more improvement
Checked in and immediately the room smelled like stale cigarettes, then had the employee change the whole A.C unit because the one in the room was not working. Also the environment was shady. Rebooked to The Florida Inn and was really pleased there.
