I was extremely impressed with my stay. Incredible location on the water, quick access to bike and run path, hotel restaurant was quality and reasonably priced, and pool/sauna was great. It will definitely be my first choice when I come back to Potsdam.

A resort for locals
From check in until check out it was clear we were not welcome. We were charged for everything to include the dog and parking. A double comfort room is two twin beds pushed together. I understand German better than I speak it and I was not pleased with management when I asked to upgrade. While I was conversing with the desk lady she rudely cut off our conversation from a seat in the back office to say absolutely not. On a positive note it is within walking distance to the Bahnhof so you can escape.
