The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the rooms were nicely updated. I do wish they offered room service on a daily basis or at least upon request. It would also be helpful if basic replenishments (towels, garbage bags, trash removal, toiletries, etc.) were provided daily.

Sofa bed in room 6 was broken. In room 5 it’s okay. The house itself is very safe. Can’t get in not until it’s 3pm. The code to open the gate and the room is for safety purposes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Our official check-in time was 3:00 PM, but one incredibly kind staff member (I truly wish I had gotten her name) went above and beyond by personally contacting the owner to allow us to check in early. That level of care and initiative made such a difference and immediately set the tone for our stay. While this was not a tourist-heavy area, it was exactly what we were hoping for. It gave our kids the opportunity to experience real life in San Juan, which made the trip even more meaningful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again! recommend it!

The pool in acceptable and clean place and easy to get in, the contact person is reachable but they are not empathic persons if you have some issue like i had, they don't care or can be flexible or reasonable, for me my mom needed a few minutes more to get out after the check out time because her illness, everything for them is pro money not pro costumers they just see you like $$$$$$$$$$$ knowing that the person that gonna clean gonna be there way after you left ...but that is the difference between ppl that just like to make money and ppl who cares about real valuable costumers... never again

This property was clean. Outside restroom was very convenient for when using the pool. Shower head on the pool area has warm/heated water. There was some issues with the water drain on the bathroom. In addition to not having enough blankets, towels had to be requested. Housekeeper was very helpful and pleasant. The pin pad on main door doesn’t work.

What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am...

Property and room were extremely clean. Very safe. Room, including bathroom and bed were very very small. It was difficult to fit around the footboard to get into the bathroom, absolutely no extra room. The pictures online made it look bigger than it was. It'd be perfect for 1 person, but not 2. No cupboard/dresser to put your clothes, literally living out of your suitcase for the week. Chickens around the facility start cocka doo doodling at 3am sharp. Staff is not onsite, if you need anything you have to call.
