2/10 Poor

This place is DISGUSTING from the trash is the drawers to the broken glued mirror to the portable air conditioner. The beds were very uncomfortable and bedding was bad. It was so hot in the room.

6/10 Good

Could’ve been better
There were two dead bugs in the room that looked like they had been there for quite a while. The first morning breakfast was some dinner rolls, so I never even looked the next two mornings to see what they had. The staff was good, but seem to be very overworked, one staff member had been there almost 24 hours.

4/10 Fair

Did not stay the night, disgusting and scary.
Usually I am not one to be picky about hotels, but this place was way off the mark. The pictures online did not represent the state of the room I received. The biggest issues were security; the locking bar on the door was broken off presumably from forced entry, and was not replaced (see pictures), and the door next to ours had impact marks as if someone tried to beat it down. Second main issue was cleanliness, the sheets were full of hair, the blinds had all sorts of stains on them, the shower was still wet, and everything was generally dirty. Thirdly, the AC did not work. And finally, and this is just me being nitpicky but this is where I said the room was not adequately represented in the photos online, as the fixtures in the room were either missing or janky (see the exterior porch light next to the bed, canted at an angle, and the switch blanking plate poorly covering a hole where the other one should be. Screw holes all over the walls, and generally just a "landlord special" appearance all over. I'm sure this was a nice hotel at one point, but it looks like it hasn't got the maintenance it needs in years. The only good thing was that the desk staff were very kind and helpful, and allowed me to check out early. She wrote my complaints down, whether anything was done with them, I don't know. Unfortunately she informed me that I would have to seek a refund through, so here is to hoping I can get that done...
Perfectly leveled outdoor light fixture as the bedside "lamp"
This didn't turn on at all

Ain’t no frills or thrills hotel, you get what you pay for. Could use some upgrading with the AC units besides that not too much to complain about for the price is not bad.

The pictures are not accurate, this is a run down hotel with half the building boarded up and a hand written sign for the entrance off the frontage road. I did not feel safe here at all just driving up. Police were onsite when I arrived and the property is extremely dirty and fenced off. It literally looks abandoned. I immediately left and and went to Studio Motel 6
