They need help
While there the elevator stopped working pretty much every day, the lady at the front desk wasn’t the best at explaining why but just complaining about everything always breaks there. Every day we were there our key was erased so we had to get it reprogrammed every morning and one day we had to get it done twice. Another thing they do housekeeping upon request. We requested each morning and never got a single cleaning even after multiple requests and they would just say they didn’t have a cleaning crew show up that day. They have a place for towels outside by the pool, and when we went to the desk to let them know they were out they responded that they didn’t have time to go out there so if you want one then ask the front counter every time. Sounds like they just need help.

Great customer service but hotel needs improvement
There definitely needs to be some maintenance and upkeep improvements. There was a sign that said they were doing renovations so hopeful that will happen. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room itself wasn’t horrible and would have been fine except the bathroom was disgusting and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called down to the front desk twice asking about getting it fixed and were told both times they would call back in 3 minutes. We had to get to sleep due to being back on the road by 6:30am. We ended up just using the bathroom in the lobby which was a total inconvenience and when I asked about it again in the morning so we wouldn’t have to come down as we were trying to get ready there was a lady at the desk (a man before). She was very apologetic and would have given us another room so it was too bad she wasn’t at the desk when we called. We were there less than 12 hours but needed a place to shower and sleep while traveling and the shower was gross and couldn’t use the toilet in the room.

Our room was half way cleaned. The bedding was not changed. Had blood stains and hair. Towels were not changed. Had blood on one. The shower was not cleaned. Had used wash cloth and shampoo bottles. The front desk did the best to fix issue.

Not my place but maybe yours
The front desk people were nice but they looked disheveled. The elevator was broken and you could come down on it not up from the lobby. The food area was dirty felt bad to the lady who was cooking and putting things out. She seemed like she was by herself and the hotel was full and it just made the area so messy. I wouldn’t stay here again.
