More Flexibility needed for the breakfast service
I was disappointed that when we over slept by 30 minutes on Saturday the owner would not serve us breakfast (we had chosen 9 am the last slotted time) though I could see on the kitchen counter that she had prepped it. Further she was there seemingly reading the paper in the kitchen until 11 am when we left. As a result we spent $50 for breakfast down the street. One thing about a strict rule person like that - the house is incredibly clean.

A most enjoyable place to stay.
The house is charming and breakfast was excellent. The area is very quiet with the exception of the nearby trains which seem compelled to blast their horns at all hours of the night. The ad says a "6 minute walk to the Carolina Theatre" - it would have been longer than that but there is a parking garage right opposite the theatre so that was not a problem. I would recommend this B&B and its charming hosts.

The Haynes' were excellent hosts, providing a lovely and clean home, excellent breakfasts, and any visitor related information about which we had questions. We had a relaxing stay, and would be happy to stay there again if we were ever back in Greensboro.
