Wonderful, friendly service. Very nice hotel. Our second stay here. Within walking distance to great restaurants.

Unique and fun hotel
Very nice staff. Luis with the concierge desk was especially nice and helpful. The floor in the room had some rings from sticky drinks that had not been properly cleaned which is why I didn’t give a higher rating for cleanliness, but the bed was nice and the ambiance was fun. The 5th floor pool and bar is very nice and worth taking the time to enjoy. I’ll be back again next time I’m in town

Party Hotel
Beautiful hotel but I went Easter weekend and it seemed to be backed with early 20 something college kids looking to party all night long. My floor didn't quiet down until almost 4 AM the first night. Also I had to get housekeeping to my room when I checked in because there was, what looked like urine, all over the toilet seat. They said it was probably the chemical cleaner and it didn't get wiped off but either way it wasn't clean. There was also some makeup smudges or stains on one of the pillows. Last, I like to travel with my Roku so that I can plug it into the tv and watch shows thru Netflix or whatever but they tvs are mounted flat to the wall with a frame around them. There is no way to access the plug in port on the side or back. Not a complaint on the last just a heads up. The people working there from front desk to valet were all very nice and accommodating.

Best choice in El Paso
Downtown location. They make parking easy and included in the room. Its the only nice option in the area. Oddly they provide bathroom amenities except shower gel. Andy was great at check out! Thank you

Poor 2.0
Nightclub, not hotel.
When my husband and I checked in on a Saturday night, we could hardly hear the front desk girl over the massive party going on at the pool. But what we did hear was that the music won't stop until 2 am, and that we should have known because, "they're sort of known for this." We went to our room, and it was so loud that ear plugs couldn't block out the noise. We decided we cannot stay here, and immediately checked out. Another couple was in the process of doing the same thing. Even the valet said he wishes the hotel would prioritize its guests first, instead of trying to be a nightclub. He says he has seen many guests have to leave because of this. Here are my concerns: - You say you're known for this. You're a HOTEL. Most people staying there are not from the area, otherwise they'd be staying in their own houses... your website says nothing on it about these parties, and has no warning. When the customer books, there is no heads up that you won't actually sleep until 2 am. So really, how can you be known for this, by the customers that actually matter - the ones that are staying there, not just there for the party? I would suggest putting a massive warning banner on your hotel's landing page, and sending an email to any customer who books a Saturday night to let them know to make other arrangements if needed. Do not stay at this hotel, you would get better sleep in your car. At least it would be quiet.
