Great rooms, 5 dollar water bottles ruin it

Hotel is in great shape and very clean. Staff are friendly. Cons: elevator breaking down is a problem, needs to be reliable. Don’t want to be waiting 5 to 8 mins to get to room, find out key cars not working, and another 5 mins each way down and up. Get the elevators working. 4.99 bottles of what is probably tap water is cheap profiteering. Ask $10 more for the room and give endless supply free. You will make guests happier than if they feel robbed. Just charge reasonable price for the other snacks and you will have everyone smiling again. These prices put the hotel in “tourist trap” category.
