OK for a night stay
Not bad as a transit hotel near Haneda. Kamata is a good place to enjoy "deep" labor-class Tokyo, by the way.

Friendly staff and good lication
We had trouble finding the property at first, but once we found it, we got our bearings and had a great stay. Our room was too warm the first night so the front desk suggested we borrow a fan from them the second night and they brought one to our room. The front desk also lent is umbrellas on the rainy days and helped arrange a taxi for us. They were EXTREMELY helpful.

Not bad but could be improved.
The hotel wasn't bad. Lots of places to shop and eat around that area and it was close to the train station. However, I thought the shuttle to the airport would be free but it wasn't. It was 1000 per person which isn't bad. There was also free breakfast. It was pretty warm inside the room and there was no way to turn on the AC. Only the heater was available so we had to open the windows. Since it was near the train tracks and the streets, it was pretty loud. Also, the knob to hold the window in place was broken.

Dated, but great staff, in great location
Mr. Habu, the manager, was amazing. He is clearly working at a property below his professional abilities, as he gave us 5-star treatment at a 2 star property. The property is safe and in a great location, however it is very dated, needs renovating - at the very least - please paint over all of the repairs and scuff marks in the halls, the rooms, the doors and the elevators! Cannot say enough good things about Mr. Habu and the staff, but the property itself needs a major overhaul.
