8/10 Very good

Beautiful setting and simple clean accommodations. Check in was easy but make reservations early and connect with host at least a day prior for easier check in (those arriving late or made reservations that day had difficulties contacting host for lock box combination). extra bathrooms would be beneficial bathrooms busy in morning ( line -up) . Bathrooms and shower area very clean. Kitchen area well stocked with cooking utensils. This area was also very clean.

The camping pod was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Washrooms were clean with showers. Overall very good value. It was also a great location with scenic views. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Comfortable Pods, good enough heating options. Parking next to Pods. For kitchen and bathroom areas, you need to go to common area/building which was convenient and clean.

The property is so peaceful and beautiful, I loved waking up each morning to the peaceful landscape. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need to make your meals. I’ll be back the next time I travel to Iceland.

What an amazing place to stay! Easy check in, the views are amazing, especially at the sunset. The toilet/shower/kitchen facilities all super clean. Would definately come back again!

Cozy space, comfy beds and the common area has a large kitchen with modern washrooms. We loved our stay!

Room was clean, beds comfortable and quiet over all. The light on all night outside the door is kind of annoying and in the middle of the cold night the heater wasn’t keeping the room warm enough.

2/10 Poor

The pod is extremely small, and extremely cold, it uses electronic heater to heat the pod, whee ed n the temperature is low, it can not heat up the pod well. The last day we encountered a wind gust of 64 mph, the whole pod and the beds were shaking. The kitchen and shower area are warm, clean, has internet and can cook

Amazing scenery. Our pod unfortunately had a leak in the ceiling and we got water in our room. Very cold room during the night and bathrooms were too far from some pods, we had to drive because of the cold there. Impossible to get a hold of the host although it did work out in the end. No internet in the pods and no signal or very bad in most places of the facility.

Perfect stay, beautiful environment, washroom and common area very clean and efficient. Only thing I messaged them the day before the stay because they didn’t send the code for my pod I booked, but they did respond the day off the stay which was a little nerve racking seeing all the reviews about this. But over ball it was beautiful, good location near the main waterfall; skogafoss

I arrived late and my pod had been given to someone else. No problem - a very helpful young man came by and set me up in a different pod. The place is in a spectacular location and the pods are super-comfortable, cozy, and warm. I would stay there again in an instant.

The cabins had mixed reviews when I booked. We showed up & everything was great to start. The Cabin was cozy & warm with a heater. You have to walk about 100 feet to the bathrooms & kitchen area. This night was VERY windy & the cabin was not really insulated or warm besides the small space heater. I Imagine that during the warmer months it would be nice without wind. The cabin was absolutely freezing & the wind was howling the entire night. There was like banging & the bed was shaking at the wind. It almost felt that the cabin would blow away. So maybe good for the summer months with no environmental issues happening? The bathrooms & kitchen were warm & clean.

!!WARNING BEFORE!!! You need a code to check in! And staff don’t respond!!!! We had to escalate to Expedia and thank god they helped us. We were supposed to get a code 24 hours before and got it an hour before check in ONLY BECAUSE Expedia put out at urgent request. We had already booked another hotel in case. Another family was not so lucky and arrived with no way to contact the property as the owners don’t answer so they were left out in the cold with no where to stay. Please please don’t book here unless you have the flexibility not to get a code! Honestly would just avoid it here because of the stress. It was a beautiful location and nice enough “pod” but not worth the anxiety we had. It’s not cheap and you can stay in better places for the same price with actual owners who care.

Great little spot for someone who wants to experience pod camping for a bargain. No frills but none needed. Main house was clean and fully stocked. I would book again if I had the option.

These pods are perfect. There is a fully stocked kitchen in a separate building. An excellent base to explore from.

The room and facilities were clean and the location was beautiful. The host did not answer phone calls but did respond to my messages with plenty of time left before check -in.

Who makes guests request the check-in instructions? Just send them! I wasn’t able to check-in and had to book another hotel that night. No one answered messages or the phone. Terrible experience.
