Exceptional 10.0
High Quality Stay
Another amazing stay at a Red Roof Inn. This one was has high quality. Upon arrival the front desk associate knew my name and check-in was fast. She was friendly and very courteous. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. The room was clean and everything worked. Room service was also great. The hotel had a continental breakfast and laundry. The hotel is walking distance to a major mall. The one flaw was that the television remote was difficult to use which could be associated with the television angle.

Not enough parking and room was filthy
The hotel is located in a nice area. It’s close to town and the price was less than $100 which was hard to find in the area. The staff was friendly and we didn’t have any issues with noise. However the parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all of the guests. When we arrived at 11pm we couldn’t find a parking spot and had to park off of the road. We were given a king room when we booked a double queen room. Luckily they had one double room left and were able to switch us to a new room. The hotel was very poorly cleaned. There was pet poop in the hallway along with trash & dirt/crumbs. The room had dirt and crumbs under the table and in the corners. The bathroom had what looked like boogers all over the cabinet area. There was no trash can in our room. The water from the sink tasted & smelled like mildew. We were too tired to try to get a refund and get a hotel elsewhere at that point so we just sucked it up. We weren’t expecting the hotel to be “fancy” by any means. We already assumed it would be a bit dated but we had hoped it would at least be clean. We got up for breakfast around 8am. The breakfast was what you’d expect. The orange juice from the machine was watery & all of the muffins and bagels were gone. I guess it’s first come first serve for breakfast. The only positive part of our stay was the staff was very nice, they had a waffle maker and the beds were ok. Unfortunately I will be paying the extra $ next time to stay somewhere nicer.
