Enjoyed the location and that it did not have a casino, but was nice that there was a casino right next door.

A strange place
The lobby is on the 23rd floor and you must go there to go anywhere, even outside. It is very strange. Also, it would have been nice to have had electrical outlets near the bed. And, despite advertising free WiFi it was impossible to connect. The best part of the room was the huge soaking tub. There was a odd blood stain on the duvet, which was a little off-putting.

One of the top non-casino hotels
The Mandarin group offers great service comfort style and experience that is married in Las Vegas as well. It's not Casino Hotel which is my preference one staying in Las Vegas. The bar and lobby lounge have a great view of the strip

Mildly Disappointing
My experience staying at this property did not live up to my expectations for it. The biggest issue I encountered had to do with the room's air conditioning. My stay took place during February, when the heat is not even at its peak, yet my room did not cool down. I was at an event and upon returning to the room, it was still stuffy. Management sent someone up to change the filter, but it didn't make any difference and I was not comfortable throughout the night. I was offered a credit for the inconvenience, which I do appreciate, however for a property of this caliber, and especially being a relatively new one, it's simply not acceptable to have anything less than stellar AC. During my stay, the pool area was limited access, and there wasn't a standard pool food/drink service available as I had expected. After I requested to use the sauna and was told it would require a 60 dollar spa fee, I spoke to the property manager and he agreed to waive the spa fee owing to the fact that I had paid a 39 dollar a night amenity fee and the primary amenity (pool) wasn't in full service condition. We were offered the choice of using Aria's pool, but it just isn't the same as taking the elevator down and settling by a pool when it isn't in your own hotel. The bar featured fantastic cocktails and knowledgeable bartenders, and the food I ate throughout the hotel was delicious. Overall, I had hoped for a bit more, and will likely stay elsewhere next time.

The property is great. Having to take multiple elevators to get to the room is not convenient.
