Clean, spacious suite located in great family area (lots of casual dining places, Whole Foods, playgrounds, etc). The subway is a quick walk away too. The front desk staff are very helpful.

View was amazing... room was tight and the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable other than that! This hotel was amazing

Rooms not as advertised
My negative experience has to do with the room itself. We booked a Superior room with Kitchenette so that we could have a bigger than standard room, as well as a nice floor to ceiling window with a view (see their website!). The room we were given had a microwave and a mini fridge, as far as extra amenities go. This is typically included in many, but not all, hotel rooms in general. The window was almost floor to ceiling and you could open the window to a sub-par view of a back alley. I figured you can't win while gambling on the view you get, but we were convinced this was not the type of room we booked. We went back to reception and the very kind lady that checked us in informed us that while a "kitchenette" here was considered having a microwave and fridge, she understood our confusion and relocated us to another room. I was very gracious and happy with the quick solution. Unfortunately, the second room didn't feel like much of an upgrade. The lady at the counter certainly gave us an upgrade as far as "kitchenette" goes, since we now had a stove top, sink, plates and utensils. The room itself felt worse than what we just had. The new window was maybe 3 feet high and 6 feet long, starting at head level. To top it off, the walls were paper thin and I got to hear a couple next door having very loud sex and plenty of foot traffic in the hallway. I feel robbed at $250/night when all I wanted was a big room and big window. Look elsewhere at this price.

Great Way to Be Stranded
We stayed here when we were stuck in a snow storm. The only available room was a suite. Great room with a dining area, sink, microwave, small fridge and separate area with couch and TV. This is primarily a business hotel, so their suite is functional as opposed to opulent. Big shower. Friendly check-in and clean room. The free water bottle machine is a great feature. I've stayed here before in regular rooms and was happy with my stay yet again.
