Decent stay, Convenient area.
Comfortable stay in the middle of Shinjuku, able to find food easily anywhere. The neighbourhood can be a little dangerous and sleazy though as there are a few touts for "special services" in the neighbourhood. Overall, the stay is pretty pleasant except for the fact for capsule hotels it can be a quite troublesome that one has to check out by 10am and check in after 4pm everyday.

good, only smells weird in the locker area
Is a good hotel for the price, not expect more. The onsen is really good. The only bad thing is that the lockers smells really bad.

Good, only lockers area smells bad.
The lockers area smells really bad! Even though, the rest of the hotel is good. Is in a very crowded area, there are a lot of restaurants, clubs, karaoke, stores. The staff is very nice. They have onsen (no private showers!), so not recommended if you're not famiar with it. For the price is a very good option. Don't expect luxury.

Prepare to be hot and crowded
Second capsule I've stayed in and by far lacking compared to the other. Standard capsule size (which is small, nobody over 5'7" should stay in one) but the big complaint is how hot it was in there, temperature poorly regulated. The communal showers/hot tubs was an experience for sure that is not for the shy. Lockers where you keep your stuff were way too close together making it difficult to navigate. The truth is they jammed as many people in there as possible because of its location (next to bars/night clubs/red light district). Even with the location I would pass on this place for next time.
