Very nice location; walk to the beach or into the old town was easy. Room was comfortable. The shower, of course, had the usual European design that spreads water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit tricky for my wife who has mobility problems. There was also a metal shelf placed along the bedroom wall which was a bit of a hazard. We liked the wheelchair lift to the dining area. On the other hand, also typically European, the thresholds for every doorway were awkward for a wheelchair with small wheels. Meals were excellent; breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Part of the visit occurred when the restaurant had closed for rennovations and guests ate in the bar. Dinner coincided with a big rain storm that caused a bad leak over the bar, yet staff and guests together were cheerful and helpful, almost enjoying the sense of catastrophy. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, good value and very convenient to Køge. Don't miss a side trip to the park at Vallø Castle, which is a short drive south from the hotel.

The premium room have no space left besides the bed, you could barely sit. The bed was far too hard. The room's ventilation was turned off in the evening, making it unbearable to sleep in the heat. If you opened the window, mosquitoes would come swarming in. The food was a disaster—both the breakfast and the burgers in the evening.

Wonderful, welcoming place! Very clean and pretty rooms, a delicious spread for breakfast featuring almost all local goods, and a spot for a freezing cold dip outside in the sea next to a sauna, should you dare. What could be better?!

Enestående beliggenhed - både i forhold til koncentrationen af oplevelser i gå/cykel afstand og konkret i Sandvig, med udsigt over strand, hav og havn, direkte fra restauranten.. Vi syntes det var sent at morgenmaden først blev serveret fra kl. 8:00 - især når der heller ikke var mulighed for at lave kaffe på værelset.. Morgenmaden var ok, meget begrænset udvalg og vi oplevede både brødrester på stolene og æggeskaller i æggebægerne, som leder tankerne hen på rengøringen

Fantastisk frukost, underbart läge med havsutsikt. Pizzan även den fantastiskt god. Sällan personal i receptionen, alldeles för små rum, slitna möbler i de allmänna rummen samt trädgården. Cigarettfimpar i trädgården. Gratis parkering, dock fick man ställa bilen långt bort då det var omöjligt att finna ledig plats vid hotellet.
