Overall, not a great stay
The king bed we’d booked and paid for had not been attached properly and separated in the middle. The shower took forever to heat up. The room was small and squashed. There was no signal. Staff started off dismissive but warmed quickly and were very nice in the end. The pool was very small and the one time we tried to use it it quickly filled up with a lot of people, some were breaking the rules that were clearly stated on the sign, and there was no hot tub or sauna.

We had a 3 night stay.. In a family room.. We asked to change to a different room the following morning... Very old rooms wallpaper hanging off loose bathroom floor tiles.. If we wanted a better room we had to pay £60 extra Plus as we booked through hotels. Com we got charged for parking £21.. This is unfair ...

Stayed in a refurbished room, was nicely decorated and very clean. Bed and pillows were too soft for me but that’s just my preference. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and the kids enjoyed the long opening hours for it.
