That was last minute hotel booking as I could not find anything near the metro station that time. Unfortunately, the hotel staff mistreated my husband and me and this is something below customer service expectations. When asked for the iron we had to pay in cash deposit in cash. It'd be a problem if the card was accepted but we did not have the cash on us that morning. First, my husband was screamed out by one man behind the reception even though my husband was talking to the reception woman. They said the iron might be stolen and cash deposit is required. When I went downstairs and introduced myself and mentioned that I work for a respectful company through which they advertise they hotel, so they can trust me, especially they've got all details of mine the woman from Saturday Feb 24th shift moved her arms carelessly and was keep repeating that this iron can be stolen, so basically she was calling me a thief. For me, for a 3* hotel this is unacceptable the costumer beg for such trivial thing as iron. In some 3* irons are build in on the rooms. From the other hand this hotel provide a hair dryer and towels which can be stolen too. How do they deal with such predicament? I blame for this situation the hotel management who set up such rules and the reception treats customers like potentials thieves. On the other hand if things are getting stole from this hotel, I personally would be afraid to stay there especially I was there with very expensive belongings, work laptop etc...

Exceptional 10.0
Really good inexpensive hotel
First, a couple of words about the location. Lenas Donau can be easily reached from the airport (express VAL 3 to Donau Centrum) and from any railway station (Bahnhof) through U-Bahn. Kagran U-Bahn station is only one block away, approximately 5 minutes walk and from that station you can take a U-Bahn train to the historical center of Vienna. A trip to St. Stephan cathedral or Karlsplatz in the very heart of Vienna from the Kagran station would not take more than 20 minutes. Also, it is worth to note, that right across the street from the hotel you have a supermarket and McDonald's, which is open on Sundays, when the supermarket is closed. So, in my opinion, the location is perfect. As for the noise from the street-it did not disturb me at all. Now about the room: it was big, very practically furnished with spacious and clean bathroom and shower cabin. For the money I've paid, I was surprised to find such a big room. Service: I've stayed here 9 days and I have no single complaint about the service: front desk is available 24 hours and, there is also a bar, which is always open, if you need it. Near the front desk, they have a phone, from which you can call any part of the world with 50 c coins. Now, about their breakfast: they charge only 7 Euro for it and it is really reach. They even have machine, that makes a frozen yogurt-something, I've never seen in other places. Also, Expedia, they start breakfast at 6:00 am and not at 6:30 am. Sounds unbelievable, but it is true.

Not bad but do not have breakfast there
Overall was good. Location is not the best but that has nothing to do with your choice to book a room here as the price is low. The staff was boring, not that happy to deal with us. Took lon time to find my reservation and was helping other people and let us wait for long time. My reservation was for two nights and the block us out of the room because they claim that I was book only one night. Nearly gone cick out of the hotel. Their system is not updating with Expedia and they have no picture about the reservations. 7 euros for breakfast wich was the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel, considering that this hotel has 3 stars. The bread was old, tomatoes discussing, stumble egs was something like something pigs could eat. Juice was water and colour with no taste with a lots of chemical stuff. Only ham and cheese was something that we could eat and croissants was fresh but the little once that you buy from the super market and bake them for a short time. And coffee was also not to drink, a dark and bitter thing. Only some fat Russians were eating a big amounts of this breakfast talking loud betwil them and also on the phone like they were the only people in the hotel. Better don't sell any breakfast. But room was ok and clean.

Very Good 8.0
Great location, okay for price
The location is great. There is a bus line going through right in front of the hotel from/to the airport. Although I haven't used it myself, I could see stops for all other public transport all over the place around the hotel. There is a supermarket right across the road and McDonald's right next to the hotel. A great shopping center is only a 10-minute walk away. If you have business around Vienna International Center or Austria Center Vienna, like I did, and don't mind walking a bit, it's only 20-25 minutes of walk away. The room itself is nothing fancy but gets the job done. I expected the bed to be more comfortable for this range. Although I don't mind it myself, there was a lot of noise coming from the road that's next to the hotel when the window is open. Closing the window helps a lot but there is still some noise. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the next room too; like you could hear everything that's going on or being talked over there. I can imagine that could be an issue for a lot of people. Other than that, the only issue was with the wi-fi; it becomes so slow, almost unusable during evening hours, which I assume is when most people use it. It's fine earlier in the day and later during the night. In short, if you have work to do in that area and aren't looking for much comfort, it might be okay for you.

Rude staff and not what advertised.
They advertise free local parking, but they only have few available spots ; we could not find a parking anywhere within 200 metres from the place. At the check in I asked for an higher floor because of the road noise but nothing was available and Michael ( at least what he called himself ) lied about the number of floors that the hotel had. The service from him and other people in the staff ( i had a problem the room but after 11 they don't even pick up the phone at the reception ) was rude. Also when I asked for the manager they said that he/she would be back only on Monday and there was no one I could talk to. Don't try and save money, go somewhere else.
