No 24 hour front desk.
Second time staying here. This trip they no longer have 24 hour front desk. So no dropping off your bags and checking in later. Won’t stay here again unless I know my arrival time is when the desk is open.

Nice hotel but staff is not present.
The hotel is nice and in a great location, however the staff seems to only be there from 4pm-8pm. You cannot get into the hotel without your room key so plan ahead and you arrive before 4pm and need to store your luggage. Also, if it’s after 8 and you need extra pillows...forget it, all the staff is gone.

Good hotel, but receptionist absent
Pros: The hotel in general was quite nice and comfortable. The interior design was good. Elevator is present for those with heavy luggage. The hotel location is really great, its right in the city center, just cross the street. The room was clean, not that many amenities, but I personally don't care. When I came late there was no receptionist, however they have a very easy self check in service machine, quite an interesting concept Cons: It is a bit strange for me to be in a hotel with no receptionist, especially at that price and of course the downfall to this appears on one of the days I stayed where a shop under the hotel caught fire. Apparently the fire was so strong that it rang the hotel fire alarm. The firefighters and police came and asked for the owner or receptionist, however none appeared except half an hour later. This to me shows a bit of carelessness, since the guests were all waiting outside and did not know what is going on. I would assume that even if the reception is closed, a person would be on site. When it comes to breakfast, the variety is not that great and it is too expensive, rather have breakfast outside.
