Good hotel, but receptionist absent
Pros: The hotel in general was quite nice and comfortable. The interior design was good. Elevator is present for those with heavy luggage. The hotel location is really great, its right in the city center, just cross the street. The room was clean, not that many amenities, but I personally don't care. When I came late there was no receptionist, however they have a very easy self check in service machine, quite an interesting concept Cons: It is a bit strange for me to be in a hotel with no receptionist, especially at that price and of course the downfall to this appears on one of the days I stayed where a shop under the hotel caught fire. Apparently the fire was so strong that it rang the hotel fire alarm. The firefighters and police came and asked for the owner or receptionist, however none appeared except half an hour later. This to me shows a bit of carelessness, since the guests were all waiting outside and did not know what is going on. I would assume that even if the reception is closed, a person would be on site. When it comes to breakfast, the variety is not that great and it is too expensive, rather have breakfast outside.

Bus and tram from train station, drops you off almost at your front door. Excellent location, right in the middle of all the action. Room was clean, I had lift noise and no street view

Noisy and hot during summer
No air conditioning, no fan during summer = one of my worst hotel experiences ever. This place was already located in a very busy location, and since there was no AC we had to keep the windows open so it was super noisy in this tiny, hot room. Also, really bad/slow/almost non-existant wi-fi connection, and pesky mosquitos only made things worse. In addition, the breakfast was definitely NOT worth the price of 14.95 euros, we should've checked the price before we went because the taste and choices of the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. All in all the night & breakfast were not worth our money.

wont' stay again , bad!
Very bad experience of this stay, we arrived around 10:05pm but nobody was there and can't get into the room, we didn't get any email or call from the bookings, and then we have to find another location to stay, and the next morning we went to the hotel, was told can't find my reservation and then I have to again, won't stay there again!!!! also, room is small, very loud ,not clean, also hot!

Hotel is in a great location, however, they were not helpful in how you could tour, view other areas within Germany. We requested help in going to see the the Wineries in the Rhine Region and they were not able to help.
