Great hotel, great food
The hotel was great. it had pretty much the only restaurant open in March, and the food was great. The back rooms are better than the ones in the main house.

Not up to standard
We stayed in a Comfort room for one night. It was adequate but not worth the rate. The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Dinner in the Bistro was good.

Good location for business & pleasure
This is one of the few hotels in Pauillac and is located by Pauillac's harbour and landing stage on the Gironde. It also benefits from being located near to the town's restaurants and extensive free parking. Perhaps surprisingly, the town and shops feel a little run-down. We can recommend the Vents d'Ange restaurant, which is located 50m to the west of the hotel
