Last minute reservation....
This was a last minute booking. The hotel was a clear and easy reservation. We had a few issues nothing major. I had a little trouble trying to open the door with the card key. Also, the lock box did not have a lock so I could not use it. Other than that everything was great. Their breakfast buffet was awesome especially their coffee! One last thing is the service was prompt with any issue with had. Overall it was a great stay.

The hotel was quite acceptable. The room service was good, though the towels were thread-bare and needed to be replaced. The breakfast was ample and decent, though not really exceptional, as we had just experienced in Morelia. The worst problem was the weak and unreliable Internet.

Key to someone else’s room!
I was given my room key upon arrival and everything seemed fine. My friends and I went in the room and started relaxing and unpacking. One of my friends went to the bathroom and noticed razors and toiletries laid around the bathroom. That is when we noticed they gave us the key to someone else’s room. After that we went downstairs and got another room. But after that it was hard to feel my things were safe. I requested a double bed, and it was ignored. Even after I told the receptionist. Most likely this will be my last visit to this hotel.

3rd Vist to Metropol
We've stayed here twice before. The location is excellent, close to Zocalo and Alameda Park. The buffet breakfast is well worth paying for. Great food and service. The lobby and bar area are very nice. The rooms are not fancy but are comfortable. A very good reliable hotel in a great area. It seems popular with business types and tour groups.
