Good find
Me and the family came down for my son's graduation out of basic training and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean the lobby smelled nice, thw lady at the front checked me in fast and she was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was not fun lol would have been better with Bagels. The price was amazing for the two days we stayed there.

Rude Front Desk clerk!!!!
We arrived in St. Louis around 9pm and arrive in St. Robert after 11pm. The GPS I used couldn't find the hotel so we stayed at a Super 8 that night. The next day I called the manager and explained to him what happened. He told me to get off at exit 161 and look for a Cracker Barrel and would only charge us for one day though technically we were a "no show." The manager had an accent but we were able to communicate fine. When we arrived and explained to the front desk clerk what happened she first insisted on the company policy and said we'd be charged both nights. As the debate ensued she then insisted that we misunderstood what the manager said because of his accent. She finally called the manager and he again agreed to charge only one night. The front desk clerk then become even more rude and curt with us and keep insisting we were getting a "free night." We made her aware that we were in town for a funeral but her demeanor never changed. This woman unnecessarily created a hostile situation and made us very uncomfortable in stay somewhere that should be hospitable. We left the Inn as the front desk clerk made it clear we weren't wanted there. I'm not sure what the final billing will be, but I would like for Hotels.com to help us get a full refund as nobody should be forced to stay and pay to be somewhere they aren't made to feel comfortable and treated with curtesy and respect!
