Happy w/stay except parking fee in the fine print!
The $32 parking should be prevalent as part of the deal, or you are stuck looking for parking on street with none or risk parking at bank where car will be towed, just add it to the rate. I feel bamboozled, i wouldn't have a bad taste in my mouth or just frustrated since this was just a trip for disabled veteran to drop off my child at college.

Nice facility. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I disliked was paying for parking at a facility I am staying at. This needs to be more noticeable on reservation site. I booked room before I realized this, but kept it since room price was good and the place looked clean snd I liked the location.

Terrible customer service
We had no heat from the time we checked in till 5 the next day. I reported it first thing in the morning and it took them ALL day to come fix it. Not to mention no where was it mentioned that it would be 32 dollars a day to park there.

NEVER AGAIN!
I was unaware that I would be paying $32 for parking. With parking that much there should be a secure parking lot, with cameras, security guards or something. They excuse themselves of any responsibility of customers vehicles and the parking garage isn't secure, anyone can drive or walk in. They provide you a pass code to get in gate and I wasn't able to use it due to the fact that the gate stayed open. During my stay, I observed a newer model black GMC crew cab pickup truck with the windows busted out. This vehicle was parked in the handicapped parking spot, right by the entry. Who wants to come stay here on business, vacation, etc and end up having to pay for parking only to get your vehicle broken into and come out of more money that you shouldn't have to.

The hotel was very nice and newly renovated. Rooms were clean staff was nice. They don’t warn you that to park in the parking deck it is $32.00!! That to me was a rip off. There is not any street parking to avoid having to pay that either. That should have been disclosed in the fees they charge

Great stay, nice hotel, clean. Parking was 32 but they helped us out and made it cheaper. No extra linens for the pull out and when we got them we only had one flat sheet and a comforter...no fitted sheet or an extra flat for the mattress...but we made it work. Asked for extra wash cloths but they never brought any. We got some from cleaning lady cart the next morning instead. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center was nice and clean.
