Location was great. Beds were clean and comfy. However our bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Black hairs on bathroom floors and in the tub. We asked for a different room but they were booked so they offered to clean the bathroom for us. We left for dinner and when we came back the black hairs were still here. It was gross so we left early in the morning.

Overall our stay was ok. I wasn’t too happy about how clean the room was. They also did not give us enough towels and we only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper. I just don’t expected it to be a little more than it was.

Great Location!
The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, due to COVID, they couldn't clean our room which was disappointing. Also, the free breakfast was 14.95 so we chose other options. They stored our luggage before and after and there was a little store in the lobby to grab food and drinks which was nice.

The staff was friendly and made great recommendations when we asked. The hotel is located within a block or two of many restaurants and live music. It was a great place to stay.

Self Parking Can Be Costly
The check in process was fine. The parking price was expensive, $32 for self parking. I had three rooms booked and they wanted to charge parking on all three rooms even though I explained that my family was riding together. When In fought it to their attention, they removed the parking fee for the other rooms. (We were only staying overnoght$ They advertise self parking but they don’t mention that there is a fee for it.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. However, the beds are cheap, hard and not comfortable. Walls are paper thin and because they take dogs, we had to listen to one bark all night.
