Rude & Arrogant with a capital R & A
I think I explained about my check-in because it was so completely atrocious that it set the tone for my whole stay there. I couldn't even bring myself to have breakfast there, so I walked a couple of kilometres into town to grab something. Extraordinary rudeness and arrogance by two what appeared to be junior staff apparently left in charge of the whole hotel when I tried to check in at 23.00. It has put me off using any Motel One anywhere if they employ such people. Ian an Export Business Manager having travelled extensively the last 30 plus years for 30 plus trips a year and have never come across such dreadful behaviour.
