From the moment that I stepped into the ITC Ratnadipa, after a long 10 and a half hours flight, I was treated with dignity and respect. Despite being early for check-in, my room was all ready. Throughout my entire 10 day stay everyone was amazing! The facilities were incredible and the Spa especially. I am very pleased with my stay and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 James

A few more relaxed coffe shops and casual cafés or restaurants would have been nice. Pool looks impressive, but didn't have many beds. Nice staff. Disappointed with the take away breakfast.

Amazing place and stay. Felt pampered. Dinetma, Akhilaa, Anjalee, Gayan (dining) and Thushara (dining) were my stars who made my stay extra pleasant and comfortable. couple others need some training, which is why I reduced the stars there.
