If you like nature, you would love to go to Carmelia. Situated within a 55 acre spice state, property offers excellent opportunity to get-away from urban life without much compromising on comfort.
We (me, wife and daughter aged 7) stayed in a tree house built on a alive tree aged 125+ years. Tree house little small and not very clean but it was functional. Given some efforts to keep it clean, it can map to any good hotel room stay. Surprisingly, we found no insects even though it rained during mornings and evenings. We saw many birds on the adjacent trees. Service to tree house was little slow, which can be improved. Staff is friendly and polite.
Food quality was not good though. We have been there only for a night, so, maybe, got a wrong menu.
Property overall is excellent and spending 2-3 days there can be very refreshing and knowledgeable for. Excellent place for picture enthusiasts. :)
