I was there with my family for our vacation. We loved the hotel because it made us feel like we were in the jungle. However, if you’re thinking about getting a Thai massage at the hotel, I suggest going somewhere else. My mom and I were very disappointed with the service; I think they really need more training. Also most of the employees there are Burmese, not Thai.

Lovely place. The site is spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit. The only downside is that the resort is a four hour plus drive from Bangkok. They say it’s two hours but it’s four hours. Also the food is not great. It’s still a great place.

The environment is serene, the food is great and the staff are so warming and accomdating. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one for this property. Beautiful resort, some room for improvement

The resort is really beautiful, the gardens around it amazing and really well kept and the staff is super lovely. There are two beautiful pool areas and the bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and well equipped. Be aware that the resort is very remote, so if you don't have your own mode of transport, you rely on the tours that the hotel offers and obviously the prices are a little higher with no competition. There isn't much within walking distance to explore. There is some room for improvement in the kitchen- the food is hit and miss and a bit bland compared how well you normally eat from any street stall in Thailand. At the breakfast buffet there is only filter coffee and black tea, it would be nice to have some variety there. There is a sign in the room that they are eco friendly and to please hanf up the towels if they don't need to be changed. The staff however is not trained/aware of this and changes out all towels every day, even if everything is neatly hanging.

A hidden oasis of beauty and calmness. The rooms are very well appointed. We chose to drive all the way to the property and had already read reviews about the track leading to the resort...it is not a track, it's a perfectly comfortable road with stunning scenery, so please don't be put off driving there. The views of the river were wonderful, calming and serene. This really is a wonderful resort and one that we will return happily to.

I liked everything about this property... the setting was lush jungle, but beautifully manicured to be inviting without being overwhelming. A very beautiful and peaceful resort. The room was big and clean. I liked that the resort is located on a green territory, it felt like living in a park. It was pleasant to walk around and meditate. It is a great escape from big city life. The only downside was the regular noise from the long tail boats that depart from the resort pier from very early in the morning. Also, the staff uses walkie talkies as they clean the rooms and roam around the terrotory and I found that noise somewhat disturbing.

Property restaurant is ok, but the service was horrible. Ordered a bottle of white wine- no ice bucket came, ordered 3 cokes and a water which never came until we got them ourself. Had to get back up for glasses, wrong dishes came out after 45min to an hour. Others had came and gone and we didn’t even have our food. One dish came, but with no plates or silverware. It took 10 more minutes to get that, then we had one cold dish. Overall property is nice. The ONLY restaurant available has horrible service.
