Hotel was far from the main road. Hotel charged me the full four days stay, though, I wanted to stay two days, they refused to refund me the balance, unless Expedia sent them a letter to confirm, I will stay two days, instead of four days.

I was not satisfy because when I went to the room, there was no hot water in the shower. J am from the USA and I need hot water in the shower.The shower curtain was dirty. The water in the face basin was running very slowly. There was no cable channels. I am English.

Save your money for something better
Have stayed here before and it was great (4 years ago). This visit to Thailand we stayed two separate times (first couple days and the last four days of a three week vacation) and each time it was disappointing to say the least. Food had been great in the past and is now expensive and not too good. Condition of property is horrible and dirt. Place is filled with rude tourists

Stay away!
Stayed here 15 years ago and it was great. Good food at restaurant, great service and staff, clean hotel with nice rooms. Stayed here seven times from 2003 to 2009 and it was great. NOW... they built two more buildings to accommodate massive crowds of Chinese tourists on buses. (Rudest groups of people are people escaping repression of their own government and feeling that the whole world owes them) food sucks, service is worse and somehow they found rudest people in a country of kindness to work there. All in all, don’t stay here
