Biggest bathroom ever, smallest TV
Very good hotel for a stop off on the way to Amsterdam. The suite was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the restaurant food was good but not cheap. Dinner cost as much as the room. The TV was small and was not smart so we could not watch our Netflix. The end of the stay was slightly spoiled by noisy renovation work going on right outside our room at 8am. I fed this back to the reception but they didnt seem too bothered by it. We were leaving, they had our money by then.

Disappointed
We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was approximately 21€ so we didn’t have it. We had dined the evening before. Both of our meals were tasteless and very costly. When we made the comment to the waitress, she said ‘oh’ and brought us the bill. No one ever came to ask if we would like another drink , a piece of bread or anything, so I would say the dining staff didn’t do a great job!!

Fabulous hotel
I love this hotel and stay here whenever in Belgium. Parking is easy and access from motorways good. The hotel itself seems to have been redecorated every time I go and is very chic. Breakfast has a choice of everything. Dinner is delicious - large portions (too much for me). Staff are very friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the tea and coffee making facilities in the room and water. My tiny niggle on this occasion was that there was chocolate squashed into the carpet by the window - I guess it would be difficult to remove though but maybe don't rent the room out until it is cleaned. Very tiny niggle though. I love this hotel.

Recovery after Disneyland
We stayed here as a one night layover on the way back to the UK from Disneyland. The family rooms are fantastic! Very clean, very large and have all small touches that enhance your stay. Bar and restaurant are great with a good selection of food and drinks. Location and proximity to Bruges was the icing on the cake. Would absolutely go back and highly recommend.
