Nothing was wrong - everything was good. Staff very friendly and efficient. But no wow factor that raises my rating from 4 stars to 5. No coffee machines in the room, no mini bars, the room, just needed a bit more pizazz. Location good, but Center City is a bit wearing after 4 nights

Overcrowded and understaffed
Overcrowded, understaff, and completely subpar experience for a Kimpton hotel and a claimed 4 star establishment. Our room wasn’t ready until 5pm, they wouldn’t accommodate for late check out. The carpet was old and dirty, the room had a lovely window to a brick wall, the bartenders were rude, and I’m surprised the elevators work at all. Be aware valet parking is 63 dollars a night and not included. Avoid this hotel, absolutely not worth the price for a subpar experience.
