Great Staff, but Dated Hotel Needing Changes
Staff were extremely friendly upon arrival. We were rarely at the hotel, so can't provide any additional information other than super sweet people. Hotel could use some update to give it a nice face lift for a better/cleaner experience. Walls are covered in this OLD outdated orange color in the rooms, exterior of building, and pool areas. Maybe paint it white to give a clean look? Shower area had water mold on the grout, which really made my experience feel grossed out for the price I paid for this place. Bugs/tiny ants were all over my bathroom sink. Was given a notice that they were fogging the place for bugs/mosquitoes, but this does not help with overall stay if I have to deal with it in the mean time. I would take pictures but was discouraged by the experience. Building was right behind the Front Desk Lobby. Room 3311. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, great if you have an early tour to catch. Food options changes slightly everyday. Execution on flavor was decent. Pool side bar has cocktails that were so so. Happy Hour is Buy One Get One at 5-6 pm everyday. Hotel is definitely close to many restaurants and massage places to choose from. Take advantage of the short walk to beach. Short ride to many local tours via tuk tuk. Hotel also provides shuttle to a nearby quiet beach with a bar that serves drinks and good food. Room comes with 4 water bottles a day. 711 next door for a few necessities.

Highly Recommended! Stunning Views
We had an awesome experience and highly recommend this place. The location is great, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the upper pool is stunning, the view is amazing, the employees were very kind. We would stay here again. I also recommend having the resort arrange your transportation if coming from the airport. It was a bit more expensive, but well worth it. We had the best driver who worked at the resort.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful few days/nights here. The hotel is new and beautiful with a gorgeous pool area including a swim-up bar! Their service was excellent and would highly recommend.
