King Edward Hotel, Banff
Super location
It is a hotel, not motel, so parking is not so convinient. I used public, free garage just 1 block away. Location is perfect for party, shops, Starbucks, grocery store etc. Heart of Banff. Nice, helpfull people on front desk. Rooms aren't so big, just enough. Overall I was happy.

Room was very hot, even with fans. Elevator broken. Location great!

You are paying for the location for sure. This is the second oldest hotel in Banff. I ended up paying more than I would have at a newer hotel. We walked everywhere! I wish I had had more information before I booked it

Free muffins
The free muffins and waters were the best part of the hotel! It's in a bit of an awkward loactation for parking, but overall we enjoyed our stay! It was nice to be right in downtown close to yummy food options!
